Weight loss is hard. Anyone who has lost weight in the past can attest to that. It requires a lot of work and motivation, which is why so many different weight loss programs try to sell members on incentives to keep coming back.
To keep your motivation high, it’s important to incorporate non-food rewards into your weight loss program. After all, you don’t need more temptations when it comes to food. Instead, think about what else will help you stay on track and meet your goals.
A non-food reward can be something as simple as a new book or podcast subscription or even a spa day after hitting a certain goal. These smaller rewards will help you stay motivated and continue losing weight in the long term.
Speaking of essential oils, I’m currently diffusing this scent in our home.

It’s almost inevitable. At some point, most of us will have a weight-loss setback—whether it’s as minor as having one too many "treats", or as major as falling ill with an acute illness that requires hospitalization and intensive care.
